Not only is California one of the worst states to do business in, it now ranks as one of the worst states to retire in. If you want to retire you may work in California but you retire somewhere else; that is if you can! Way to go Sacramento!
EXACTLY!!! When I retired, we fled California like the sinking ship it is. The mid-West is much better: variety of weather, friendly people, more logical government, no illegal alien influx, and $ goes a lot farther. I wish I would have been raised out here.
